i was looking for a game to fill the void left by subnautica, and this is it. amazing game for only being made by 6 people, and i’m looking forward to it becoming even better in the future.

since the devs are looking at the reviews, i want to say a) great job guys! and b) please add something in the menu to let me see crafting station recipes while I'm out of my base?

I'm a little over halfway through it and it is only getting more interesting. Highly highly recommended to anybody

I followed the development of this game for two years and had no second thoughts about throwing down $20 for it on day one. I don't regret it, I highly recommend it. So I'm going to try and break it down:

The Good:
-The art! It's gorgeous.
-The music! I've been stuck on this bee lookin boss for about half an hour but it's ok because holy crap the boss music is awesome
-The world is huge and there are so many secrets. It's great. I'll play it forever.
-This was a labor of love made by one man, and it's great and I think he deserves all of the money for this
-if you like Metroid get this. It's basically Metroid.

The Bad:
-lots of backtracking. It can be time consuming and a little tedious. In my dreams he will update it so you can fast travel between save points. That would be a nice feature!
-sometimes the controls are a little wonky. Aiming your gun can be tricky

Finally got out of the mines, didn't have a bomb for the shortcut guy, immediately got killed by a trap in the jungle. Have to start over now. 10/10
