Let me start this review off with saying that i had serious doubts in getting this game, as i am no fan of "Novel or puzzle games". But let me tell you boy do i regret waiting this long playing Conarium.

Conarium is a Puzzle Horror game based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft, famous for his story The Shadow over Insmouth and the Call of Cuthulhu. Actually Conarium's story is based on one of his other works called At the mountain of madness. Few video games tend to recreate a good adaption on the Lovecraftian story telling. But Conarium hits the sweet spot and had me with a constant unease that something was following or watching me. You are alone no human in sight and it will hit you with a certain sense of loneliness and horror. Your mind will start playing tricks on you, imagining things that are not there.

At its core Conarium is a Detective Puzzle game and the ambiance is pure cosmic horror. So for lovers of Lovecraftian story telling Conarium is a no brainer and should already be in your collection.
