Edit: Game mostly works now. Still has some frame stutters that are 100% being caused by the Anti-Cheat and they need to fix it, but at least for my setup, which is generously midrange, meaning the Graphics card is OK at best, its working. Still has some crashes that shouldnt be happening and memory leaks that shouldnt be happening, but the actual game is incredible and you should try it if you like Souls Games, Overall the best one yet IMO.

Original: Game is probably great from what ive heard. Now if only the game wasnt screentearing in the opening areas and stuttering on literally minimal settings. This game isnt that much more than Sekiro and it played fine on my machine. Ridiculous FROM, please get this fixed ASAP instead of panicking over bad, and ACCURATE reviews pointing out that this game was optimized insanely terribly. Come ON.

This game has a few flaws, some pretty major performance issues and is missing some serious features missing in a single player game thats clearly taking inspiration from games like bloodborne and Sekiro, like New Game+. All that said, awesome story, great combat, super tight. All of the difficulties are accurately esitimated, I beat it on Grandmaster and never had to turn the difficulty down, its the definition of firm but fair. It's an excellent game. All that being said, its also short. I got 30 hours out of it on Grandmaster while also doing all the side areas, though I didnt take the time to 100% it. So while its an amazing game, I know not everyone has 60 bucks to drop on a game like this, so if you need your games to last a long time if you paid 60, just wait for a sale, itll be here eventually and youll get all the bugfixes and DLC packaged in that we had to deal with on launch :)

I love this game so far. It's fantastic. Imagine a Dark Souls X Ninja Gaiden mashup, and you get this. The fighting system is just as clean as Dark Souls, but its more complicated and faster. The movement system is ok, it was a little overhyped, but it does allow From to create vertical level design in away theyve never been able to before, so I like it. If you like zelda-esque ninja games with rock solid combat and a compelling story, youll love this game.

Alpha Release review:

Love the game, too bad the graphics literally dont work for me right now. If you have an older or weak machine, I'd say hold off till it gets further along, but other than that I'm loving the game so far, but seeing as I literally can't see the background which i'm supposed to be maneuvering in, I can't reccomend it yet. Hoping they fix that soon so I can. :D
