I would really recommend this as a co-op game, that you play with your friends. Payday have done a great job at making teamwork almost a must, with it's different skill-sets and a lot of different ways to complete a heist.
In many of the heists you can really benefit from having different skills, tools and weapons. So by getting together with your friends and choosing the roles you want to take, you can really get a lot of fun and enjoyment from this game.


But as a singleplayer game, is doesn't really work out that well, due to a pretty bad AI and a very reduced amount of possibilities you have completing a job, plus the number of enemies isn't lowered from when playing with others, so you will get a hard time just surviving if you choose one of the harder difficulties.

So if you buy this game, I would recommend buying it with a friend or two.
