I played completing "curiosity killed the..." the first chapter after tutorial.

To make an ~hour long experience short: A turnbased combat with comedic elements (good) but terrible strategy depth?

Gets stale and boring real quick

3/10, some jokes were good. Do not recommend, there are so many better management, turn-based games and combinations of the two.

At first, as I'm a big fan of DBD lore and was looking forward to this release, I was afraid of buying it when so many people complained about bugs and terrible experiences. But I bit the bullet and went for it.

Sure, there are a few things I question (Stan supposed to walk away around the corner but instead standing still and then scurrying away when you're near, and the fact I got an achievement for everyone surviving while they sure as hell didn't in my playthrough) but overall, the experience was tense and fun. I did feel there was a simple concept and it was a bit prolonged too much, so I'd question the storytelling a little bit, but generally still a very solid experience.

7/10. Looking forward to how he'll work in DBD

A very, very, satisfying and accessible platformer. Easy to learn hard to master, but the exploration, platforming and "cute meets bayonetta"-kind of combat makes this a gem of a game. Recommend!

I really tried to like this, and the spirit of it is good. I have Northgard vibes but with easier survival, or Age of Empries vibe but with less strategy.

However, what bothers me the most is that this SHOULD be a game that really would enthrall me. And yet, I don't feel enchanted or enthralled. The game is not succesful in capturing my sense of pushing through and environment. I feel it falls short, and that's why I do not recommend this game. Unfortunately

Although the start was a bit too artsy for my taste, the more you played it the more you start to like it. I'm glad I found motivation to see why this was rated so positive across the board and try to struggle through, it was worth it in the end

Game crashes constantly with scene transitions. Difficult to play that way :(

What happens when you're drunk with power

Very cool game, very unique, and what a story. Makes me fear even more for extreme party victories in elections though

Great story that captivates you from the beginning and puts you on the edge of your seat

An amazing ride unlike anything else, an amazing story and something to inspire you.
There's nothing like this series, and this is only the start of it

Would get an inbetween rating if I could, but I'm tending more to negative.

It's a beautifully visual game, filled with battle mechanics and an eery world to explore.

But it becomes a drag too soon too fast, there's over 9000 things happening all at once during battles, with one enemy more annoying than the other, and I'm exploring hoping I'm not going to get dragged into one. I really enjoyed the few boss battles I went through though, and I wish this kind of action would be everywhere instead. Hell, I was even counting the battles to know when I'd get 'rid' of them.

On one hand I find it sad that I stopped in chapter 5 due to this because I am interested in the story. But I choose not to subject myself to this combat anymore. Maybe it's just not my cup of tea
