Absolutely loving this both in the demo and in the full release!

Given the average JRPG length I only scratched the surface, but I will keep the review updated as I play it.

Update 25 hours in: I might be liking this more than Persona 5.

Update 72 hours in: I think I'm almost at the end of the story, surely my GOTY.

Update 103 hours in (+ TGA happened): finished the game and it also won three awards at the TGA! Well deserved.

Atlus is the GOAT and this game is no different. Just a rough edge on PC settings, I hope the full release fixes them.

Ingredients:

250g Strong Flour (aka Bread Flour)
50g Weak Flour (aka Cake Flour)
5g Salt
6g Sugar
3g Dry Yeast
180cc Warm Water
2tsp Olive Oil
Tomato sauce to taste
Pizza cheese (mozzarella, usually) to taste
Pepperoni (sliced)
Jalapeno Peppers (sliced)
A genuine Devil May Cry 4 special edition pizza box (Optional)

Directions:

Combine the flour together in a bowl with the salt, sugar, yeast, oil, and water.
Mix them until they congeal into a ball.
Strongly, stylishly knead the dough (combo it until you get SSS ranking).
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap—or simply place it in an covered or airtight container, if you’d rather reduce your plastic use—and leave for an hour to ferment.
Knead it some more, then split it into two separate balls before covering once more.
Ferment for 30 minutes.
Knead the balls flat, spreading them with a roller over a baking tray.
Add tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and jalapenos.
Dante hates olives, so don’t add those (unless you’re not like Dante, in which case add away).
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 250°C (about 480°F).
Remove the fresh Devil May Cry pizza from the oven, slice, and serve.
Jackpot!

Review back to positive, I hate that this is the only way to be heard by major companies.

Incredibly bad story and aged badly software-wise, gameplay is fine. Needs a few mods to fix things if you play on more than 30 FPS and I'd suggest some other mods to introduce some other fixes that have been done in the Definitive Edition, which came out only for consoles.

Grinding all achievements is still enjoyable than DMC 4, but cutscenes make it annoying to play fast.

Something incredibly unique that could have not been done by any medium outside videogames.

You can punch your own shotgun bullets to make them go faster. Do I need to say more?
