Larian has outdone themselves with this title. Building on some of the bones from their Divinity: Original Sin titles, they have crafted what feels like the first true tabletop-to-video game conversion. Never have I been presented with so robust a palette of tools and options and told to just have fun with it. The web of interactions that occurs between various NPCs, quests, choices, actions, dialogue, class and race selection, and more is staggering, and Larian's attention to detail show their adoration for the D&D source material. This isn't just D:OS with a D&D skin. This is the truest D&D game ever made.
