When starting the school year, there should be an option where you can "fire all workers", or in the staff area, there is a button where you can "field fire", which is like the demolish and dismantle, but every staff in the area that you selected gets fired. But with that, there should be an "exclude staff", do it doesn't get rid of wanted staff.
