Short play time so far, but I got this to see if I'd even enjoy extraction shooters. Ended up very surprised for a free to play game. Monetization is about what one would expect from a free to play, though it appears to be limited to cosmetics only. The game makes it easy to stack money quickly, and the gameplay is forgiving for mistakes if you're quick to react. Overall, I'd say it's a good introduction to the genre.
