started out playing apocalypse to "learn the ropes". died horribly many times. will continue to die horribly in the future.

eventually, had enough of apocalypse (for now) that I started modding the game. tweaked the settings to imitate fallout a little bit, and I can make generic survivors based on fallout (so far I have a courier and an NCR ranger character). I still die a lot, but the dream of surviving and shooting zombies with energy weapons is still there and keeps me going for every playthrough.

it seems like the only limit is your creativity (and/or your willingness to mod the game/adjust settings). it rules. this will be my hyperfixation game for awhile.

Gave me PTSD.

Slay the Spire, but for furries

Incredible game. Slay the Spire is one of those games that I can come back to for a fresh experience every time. It's also quite the challenge, especially if you're going for high ascension runs. I've got 300 hours, and I've only managed to beat A20 on 2 characters so far.

There's so much planning that goes into building a deck in Slay the Spire. Even though the game is decently RNG, it's still possible to consistently build a winning deck. That's another thing I love about Slay the Spire; it rarely feels unfair. Sure, you may end up losing because of horrible draw every now and then, but thats pretty much any card game.

Play this game.

I unlocked the Wowozela after grinding away for hours on double ticket weekend. I learned how to vaguely play Darude Sandstorm on it.

it's pretty poggers so far

it's pretty fun, i would even dare to say it's better than fortnite
