absolutely loved it, just an incredible exploration game, the happysad vibe is on point, lonely but never alone, i felt like a welcome intruder the entire time.

absolutely phenomenal gameplay and probably tied with cry of fear for the best looking goldsrc game in my opinion

played through on hard and the balance was really good, tough but it never felt unfair or insurmountable, xen was great but I thought some of the arena fights slogged on a bit too long

sound design was top notch, guns were satisfying and appropriately punchy, and the ambience was great, I can't remember hearing any music apart from the credits which do list quite a few songs, the combat arenas especially could've benefited from some music

a post apocalyptic survival game, a hopeless, lonely atmosphere with the unshakeable feeling the world might never recover. the twist being the character actually has it better off than me since he can get ketchup chips aND I CANT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Absolutely phenomenal game, it should cost more.

Multiplayer is a blast, pick it up with some friends and learn to hate eachother.

This game is amazing, truly. My game of the year and one of my new all time favorite games.

i suck at this game

I personally like this game more than Dying Light 1 and think it improves on the combat and parkour a lot over the first game, the combat vs zombies feels very impactful and brutal, and the combat against humans is leaps and bounds better, my only real complaint is that co-op doesn't sync (for good reason, but there are definitely solutions)
