This game is very good, it does precisely what every small studio should do, they simplyfy the tower defense/rts gameplay to it´s most basic form, strips everything unnecesary and you get a fun and minimalist game. Altough there are plenty of upgrades to chose from, minimalist does not mean it´s simple, because you got a lot of upgrades and sinergies betwen them, there are plenty of options.

it´s very adictive, you want to keep playing to see what you will discover the next mission and to unlock new things.

There are only 6 maps + 1 tutorial map + 1 endless more (that reuses the previous maps) it just needs more maps tbh, but I understand that it´s early access, I´d say it´s worth the price

it´s a decent game, but it´s an indie so don´t expect it to be very polished. I like that there are different clases and each one has different weapons and different hability upgrades, honestly this was my favorite part of the game, feels like they put a ton of effort in giving you variety

The maps can be a little repetitive as there are only 3 types of themes, one for each chapter, ancient ruins, castle dungeons and pristine castle, each chapter has 3 missions. I have been playing for 11 hours and I got to the final boss of the game, but I didn´t beat it, it feels like a huge difficulty spike, if you got a decent build you can beat the level but then when you get to the boss you die. By the way I have been playing mostly solo, and also, keep in mind that once you beat each level, you unlock increasing dificulties, and you have plenty of things to upgrade, so there is replayability there.

as with any other rogelike, you can create a busted build for example you can increase your base damage, then your modifier damage and then the damage that you deal to enemies. Damage goes up exponentially

imma be honest there are better games out there for 30 bucks, I think that the vermintide series is miles ahead if we are talking about a coop dungeon crawler, the gameplay there is much more tight and polished, but then again, we are talking about an indie game.

Esta es simplemente la versión superior de dead space, toma todo lo bueno del dead space de 2008 y lo mejora en casi todos los sentidos, y encima, está el juego entero, sin DLCs, sin cosméticos, nada eso, simplemente compras el juego y ya lo tienes, y la verdad es que eso viniendo de EA me parece increíble, ciertamente que me sorprende que no hayan puesto una tienda de cosméticos.

Por una parte hay muchas similitudes al dead space original, la historia y los capítulos, son exactamente iguales, salvo con algunas diferencias menores, en esta nueva versión, el Ishimura es mucho más abierto, puedes usar el tranvía como un medio de transporte de verdad, y puedes volver a visitar zonas donde ya has estado si quieres, desde mi punto de vista, esto mejora mucho el juego, ya que al tener más libertad, el juego se siente más inmersivo, también que han metido unas salas de loot nuevas que no estaban en el otro juego, y a veces te encuentras volviendo a zonas que ya has visitado para poder reclamar el loot una vez que tienes acceso a ellas. Pero además mejora mucho la jugabilidad, y añade algo de contenido nuevo en forma de misiones secundarias que sirven para indagar aún más en lo que pasó en el Ishimura antes de la infección, aunque tampoco esperes mucho contenido adicional respecto al antiguo juego. En este juego la gravedad 0 funciona más parecido a como funcionaba en el dead space 2 o 3, donde te puedes mover libremente, el manejo de las armas es mucho mejor, los gráficos son increíbles, y bueno, que decir, simplemente merece la pena, especialmente si ya jugaste al juego original y quieres revivir esas memorias, ya estoy esperando el remake del dead space 2, que con suerte traerá multijugador, seguro que será un bombazo

Okey so, I don´t tend to write reviews, but this time I felt obliged to do it, the dev just works so hard to make fortify up to date, the base game is ultra cheap and the dlc too, and honestly he doesn´t deserve a single negative review, he is a solo developer and the fact that everything works so flawlesly it´s just amazing, for sure you will find a couple of small bugs here and there, but you can mention it in the discord and it will get fixed super fast, this guy is just incredible and I am writing a positive review because I saw that the reviews are mixed and I can´t stand that at all, I see the other reviews nitpicking and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about mundane things, which, by the way, will get fixed really fast after you have mentioned it, can´t we just apreciate the work that the developer is puting into this game even tho he is probably not making much money because it´s ultra cheap? can we not accept that he is a single indie developer and that some bugs will be present? buy the game and the dlc too, it´s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great, it´s the ultimate tool available to make super cool and ultra efficient bases in rust, after you have created your base in the game you can try it out in a creative server.

Very cool game, I enjoyed the previous game, "tower of guns" so I bought this one. I specially like the art style, the first few levels seem a little bit bland in my opinion, but then, once you enter a new area where there are neon lights everywhere the game becomes super beautifull. I didn´t like the weapon building system at first, but once I unlocked a few parts I started seeing why it´s so cool, you can literally build a gun that has 40 guns in it, and I love one shoting the hole room using an overpowered weapon, the characters are not incredible, but they are good, they are fun and not cringy most of the time, and overall it´s a very silly and funny story like in tower of guns (for example, the main enemy, the "mothergunship" beliebes you are the pizza delivery guy, in a spaceship, delivering pizza to an AI that doesn´t eat, I found that hilarious XD). Lastly, the overall dificulty is great, not too hard, not too easy (keep in mind I am still at the starter levels). I recomend this little game, it´s fun, and relaxing, and I´v seen people saying that after 40h the story still continues, so I think it´s worth it. you just have to grind the first 2 hours of the game, that are not that fun because you haven´t unlocked anything

The controls are absolutely bonkers, how could a self proclaimed gaming studio make this mess is beyond me, and to play with a friend via remote play? you better forget about it, if you want to use keyboard and mouse then it´s alright, but I don´t understand how using the controller can be so messy, what where they thinking? and if you want to play couch coop you need to use a controller somehow, but the ui is super buggy and you have to go the extra mile to have it working, why can´t I just log in and play with a friend? why do I have to spend 2+h watching tutorials to make this work?

Me temo que no puedo recomendar el juego, al principio está muy guay, pero poco a poco te vas dando cuenta de que este juego es más un trabajo que cualquier otra cosa, es el grindeo absoluto, para conseguir unidades de tier 5 y habilidades mejoradas no solo tienes que farmear experiencia durante meses también tienes que realizar tareas aburridisimas para llegar a donde quieres, y todo lo han hecho para forzarte a que te saltes la espera y pagues con dinero real, por ejemplo, para conseguir las mejores habilidades de cualquier arma no solo la tienes que subir de nivel, que es algo lento pero no horrible, lo malo es que también necesitas unas paginas de habilidades, y es tremendamente tedioso conseguirlas, el proceso para conseguirlas constiste en salir al mundo abierto (es como mount and blade) acercarse a unas cajas abandonadas que aparecen de forma random, lotearas y de vez en cuando consigues una pagina de estas, pero para que te hagas una idea obtienes unas 3-6 paginas cada hora, y puede ser de cualquier arma y no de el arma especifica que tu buscas, y necesitas como 50 paginas para subir una de las habilidades de renombre al máximo, lo que me molesta es lo absolutamente aburrido que es el proceso, te tienes que pasar como 100 horas haciendo algo tremendamente aburrido solo para mejorar tus habilidades al máximo, pero claro, siempre puedes pagar y saltarte la espera, y las unidades de renombre son iguales, en las 26 horas que he jugado he obtenido como 5000 de honor, para algunas unidades hace falta 25000 de honor, a parte de que primero tienes que farmear otras cosas, y eso es solo para una unidad, las más básicas se desbloquean más rápido, pero eso lo hacen para que te enganches, y luego tengas que pagar para conseguir las realmente buenas, aparte de que el juego en si es muy frustrante, es muy frustrante cuando te enfrentan a jugadores con mejores unidades que tu, o cuando tu equipo son unos inútiles y todo el mundo espawnea con arqueros para usarlos en combate a mele.
En resumiendas, me gusta el concepto, pero el juego es el grindeo absoluto, y es muy frustrante, es "free to play" y lo pongo entre comillas por que el juego realmente está hecho para que tengas que pagar si o si, a no ser que quieras farmear horas y horas al día durante semanas o meses solo para desbloquear una unidad, además de que en las partidas jcj siempre te ponen en el mismo mapa de mierda, una y otra vez y se hace muy repetitivo, hasta que no llegas a nivel 30 no te enseñan mapas nuevos.

Very fun game, you can even play with friends, the game gets progresively harder as you progress and you also unlock new things to buy, i´d say that it´s more than worth it for the 1 euro that I payed, but keep in mind you wont get many many hours with this game, 5 hours at max, but still I´d recommend it
