Unless they changed it later, the difficulty achievements didn't stack. On top of that there are the achievements for the two escort missions that have to be done on each difficulty. You'll also want to do a very easy run for the no damage final boss and the speedrun too.

Oh I was just looking for info to see if achievements for lower difficulties unlocked by doing Nightmare or if I'd have to do every difficulty. I haven't started playing the game yet

I admit my ability to give advice for Oath is probably minimal since it's been years. It's a game you'll just have to put a lot of time into learning and not give up on. Start on the low difficulties and work your way up. Go to YouTube and look for videos and watch them to see how others do the bosses. Pretty much, you just have to be persistent and keep on practicing until one day you can do it.

It's more grindy than the previous ones, but still not a long game. Under 10 hours to 100%

Harder I assume to 100%? Steam's rule prevents it from counting the achievements

The first and second games were better but it was still pretty fun.
