I really think this is the best soulslike. Having similar combat and trial-and-error stuff as Fromsoft's game is one thing, but the devs really understood what makes people love Fromsoft's games the most. The art direction was great, the bosses were fun, the soundtrack was beautiful, and they made some really likable characters. Really good progression system and gameplay mechanics, they gave a lot of ways to tackle stuff, although I don't think I ever used the wish cubes much besides the regen one a few times early on. Legion arms were great, and being able to use 2 of them in endgame was really nice.
Of course I don't think the game is perfect. Heavy weapons definitely feel a little harder to work with when it came to charge attacks. With the game relying heavily on using a charge attack to stagger an enemy, its definitely hard to even get one off in some bosses. I mitigated this problem using the saw blade blade + booster glaive handle for most of the game - having the gap closer with the handle and the blade's long reach didn't make this as much of an issue. I think the parry system was fine, I complained about it at first being used to Sekiro and all, but it definitely did click. But the final boss (of the true ending) second phase did get me complaining again.
Optimization was really damn good too, I run with a 2070 Super and a Ryzen 5 3600 and I never crashed once. Stutters every now and then, but otherwise was running at a very stable 120FPS. Very welcome, considering other AAA releases these days.
Overall a really really good game, I had a lot of fun. Definitely worth the full price tag, and I look forward to the sequel the studio has foreshadowed in the ending I got.

Never played an AC game before AC6, but I enjoyed every moment of it. 100%ing it was not bad at all, aside from a few missions that were a little annoying to S rank. I seriously love each and every one of the characters, G1 Michigan honestly being my favorite. Their writing was great, with just a few lines of dialogue from someone you can already tell what kind of person they are. Gameplay was super fun, I really liked the boss fights and various ACs you go up against, plus ice worm was a great gimmick boss since the weapon needed is actually usable outside the fight. All three endings made me feel bad, especially the first two where I actually wanted to tear up. Anyone saying this game has no story is absolutely crazy with zero reading comprehension. Amazing game, wonderful experience, I love Fromsoft 10/10 my personal GOTY.
