it's just kinda meh. has its ups and downs.

the entire 'hacking' thing feels like a fresh take on a gta-style game, whilst the game also has many pitfalls like overly repetitive side activities and a bland main character and storyline.

it's alright. i wouldn't pay it's current asking price though as of 2020
