I have never played a D&D or a D&D game before. I've also not played CRPGs or the type of game that's story and character-driven with meaningful consequences– akin to Bioware's older titles. Let's just say, I was coming into Baldur's Gate 3 completely new to it's way of story-telling and gameplay mechanics. However, what I heard about what this game had to offer sounded like nothing else I've tried before. I was captivated by the possibility of this game. After a small 40 hours through my playthrough, I can safely say that this is one of the best games I have played in my entire life. Nothing else comes close to the depth and richness this game provides. It is incredibly fun, engaging, and addictive. It is a must-play for any self-respecting gamer. Thank you Larian, for putting all the hard work in to deliver a game such as this. It's a masterpiece.

Excellent game for gamers that want to dip their toes into the realistic military shooter genre. Highly recommended.

This masterpiece of a game has endless possibilities, just look at the workshop. I've spent roughly 430 hours on this game, and I plan to spend even more. Especially fun w/ friends (if you have any).
