The dev named an item after me cuz I was one of the first people to play it back on itch. And even without that it's a fantastic little game. This has enough interlocking systems that make it super neat for enough time to be worth IMO. I got ~30h out of the original demo alone before burning out, so when I get back to playing this a ton I know I have plenty of time to enjoy it

A refreshingly polished take on the Vampire Survivors formula even from their early releases.
Updates are a bit further between than some of the other games, but with the first major update dropping today I think the devs care about this game and trying to work with the community to bring about the vision they have alongside the community's input to help keep it fast and fun.

Graphics are good, abilities feel great, and I'm always for a meta-progression web vs boring trees or lists of upgrades to increment.

TL;DR Dead/unplayable game, do not buy.

Trying to boot the game results in network errors. If you don't attempt to reconnect you can create a mech/tank and get into the tutorial, though after completing the tutorial it tries to reconnect(to save progress I guess?) then fails so you get booted back to the main menu where you can create a new mech to repeat. I did the tutorial for the 4 starter mechs and still had to chill for another two minutes to get 5 minutes of playtime so I could write this review to warn people.
