While I enjoy most of the mechanics and enjoyed parts of it I don't feel it was ready for release.
During these 8 hours I've experienced over 5 crashes, despite running up to date hardware. The balance feels off and the game comes across very grindy and boring towards the higher levels.

The game is somewhat unbalanced. The game comes across grindy and thus is monotonous. One mechanic is that visitors to the shop in this game can leave behind dust prints, this affects your reputation if not cleaned quick enough. These prints are created super quickly thus in the latest levels you need a dedicated cleaner and even then can get overwhelmed. The shop also has two bins which have to be cleaned often enough.

The profit margins on certain products are far to low, pricing on products is dynamic but I dont feel the range is wide enough. The lowest prices still do not allow for very healthy margins, thus at least in my experience, it was incredibly difficult to benefit from price drops and stockpile more. This also applies to fueling. If you're unlucky the fuel costs 2.25 per liter with customers paying around 3 dollars per liter. As customers seem to order at most 20 liters and more realistically around 10 liters this leaves you with between 7.5 and 15 dollars of profit per car.

You are able to paint the walls of your buildings but the paint decays very rapidly, resulting in a more dirty/poorly maintained look. As such frequent repaints are needed. Add in to this a mechanic where sometimes vandals come by and spray paint graffiti on your walls makes this a very frustrating addition to the game.

I feel the game is composed of too many mini games and mechanics that are not fully developed. There's a lockpicking mechanism which I dont fully understand the need for, not that you'd have time to try it because by the time you return the paint has fallen off and your shop is a dust bowl.

Deliveries go to the warehouse where you have to open and close the gates every time (leaving them open can lead to stealing), and the truck has to be unloaded manually. Orders are always done manually but only be done from the shop or the car workshop.

The car workshop is a nice feature but requires a lot of money to keep up with. Due to dynamic pricing you could end up getting as little as 10 dollars profit on a 90 dollar part. As you progress keeping the garage stocked is quite an expensive habit. If the part is 90 dollars and fixing yields 100 dollars this means you need to repair this part 9 times before you can keep 2 in stock. While most fixes require multiple parts and this increases the profit it doesn't always seem to be the case. Due to the time you need to order parts and then unloading the truck it doesn't feel worthwhile to always custom order the parts needed.

This brings us to the topic of staff. Currently there is no way to schedule them, and after being assigned a task they are sent back to their caravan once done. They will not return unless you reschedule them. Also it doesn't seem to be the case where hiring staff is always profitable. Applying this to the garage example and taking into account a salary of 10 dollar per hour with less than 1 car per hour (in my experience a car appears every 4 hours roughly) you are effectively losing money most of the time.

In its current form I wouldn't recommend buying the game, I feel the core is there to make this a great game but currently its leaving me disappointed, but it doesn't seem to be anything that cannot be fixed.

Update since new patch on 16-07-2020

Tutorial is still broken for 3440x1440 resolution (game runs to max 2560x1440p it seems) which leads to graphical glitches, however changing the resolution is now also broken. I cannot change it from full screen mode to windowed.

Previous patch

I tried to play the tutorial but after it seemingly being stuck after 5 attempts i'm giving up.
redownloaded the game, checked file integrity and also changed resolution (it doesnt run at 3440x1440) all to no avail.

A worthy succesor to its previous versions. The skins make it quite addictive though.
