Early Access Review
This game is such a gem! When I saw this game for the first time before release into early access, the art style appealed me asap. It's original, beautiful and I'm sure that it's made by hand. As an artist I fell in love instantly!
The game itself is amazing, it combine gameplay of Timberborn with Frostpunk. You have to build your community, exploit the world and searching for others in global map. And despite it beign in Early Access, I'm very surprised how much content is already available to us.
But the main PRO for me is the aiming for exploring the environment, understand it and master it. To figure out how you can change the environment around you to serve your community. To figure out how the concrete tree or crop is influenced by its area or how you can use it for your advantage.
Only thing what I'm missing is changing surface texture, because the features already working.

Just whoa, I'm so excited what devs will bring to us next!

This is very adorable puzzle. It seems easy from start, but some puzzles are quite hard, don't be fooled!

So, how is the game after Fallen Order? Better or worse? Can't really say, but:

The story is medicore. Interesting, but basic Star Wars and from half game quite obvious. Not many surprises.
Side quests are very copy paste. But at least in different locations.
World building is beautiful, as always imho, but world is so EMPTY and repetitive.
Characters are nice, some also interesting, but that animation is B. Most npc are static.
I like the Inn idea, I also like how many customisations is available, but only for Cal/BD-1.
The fight system is great, better than in its predecessor. I like the options of stances.
Meditation places and spaceship travel for most times doesn't make any sense.

So basicaly, I would say it's more EA game than Fallen Order was. Game is beautiful, but rushed-almost half-baked. When you take in count many elements and models are from Fallen Order, it's worse. I give it thumb up, because it's not bad, but it not's AAA game. Take it in sale.

I don't like this DLC much. But why I recomend it you ask? You need this DLC to have X4 galaxy map even bigger and more alive.

The Avarice system itself isn't quite nice place to life, but it's mega interesting and pretty original and very beautiful. But this isn't only about Avarice (The story is!), but you will also get more pirating, pretty cool looking ships, more systems with a lot of enemies if you wanna fu*k with that faction and a new way to fly thourght the core. And don't forget the BLACK FU*KING HOLE!

Ehm.... anyway, I wouldn't say you need this DLC, but you want this, trust me, more base parts and ships which looks pretty raw and cool you'd like to have in your collection. GO FOR IT! Tide is waiting for you!

I wouldn't say you need this DLC, but you will love it. Spit ships are pretty cool addition and most importantly you'll get a lot of new sectors. But life in them isn't easy, Xenon would like to have a part in the story too, even missions aren't exactly around them.
There is a war, a mixed conflict I would say. Not only Split has to face with Argon, but they also need to figure out the civil war and up to that the never ending invasion of Xenon.

This DLC gives you interesting story, plenty of space to claim, more ships and enemies (or friends?) and most importantly new trade offers.

IMHO the best DLC for the game. Terran space is our home, right? But don't take that granted. You need show you deserve to go back home.
Amazing and interesting story, quite nicely long and not easily and fast finished. There are actually two different stories and with one you can play diplomacy trick.

But the most lovely part of this DLC is the freaking cool desing of Terran stuff, such as ships, buildings and different economy. If you wanna play more simple economy, start with Terran.
I also love the space of our Sol, because even you know well our home system and you see a lot of life in it in game, you will still feel how huge and empty space really is.

This DLC is MUST HAVE, you'll get plenty fun, new economy tree, awesome and powerfull ships and two factions.

The Boron design is very beautiful and very unique. I'm totally in love with the ship design and effects both on ships and buildings. The story is quite short and simple, but very interesting and unique in a way of the rest of missions in X4.
As always it's great to see extension of galaxy map and Boron space is very remoted that it feels safe and secure and it's beautiful too. But don't be fooled, pirates really like this part of space and don't let me start talk about Kha'ak minions.
Anyway, another MUST HAVE DLC for X4, you won't be disappointed.

I remember when this game came out before years, it was amazing and interesting, but after hours there wasn't what more to do. It was end, finito.
Now, after year of development I started again at new map and spend hundreds hours in it. I have big village, almost everyhting maxed out, finished all achievements and could play more.
It's amazing how this simple concept can be this detailed, realistic, interesting and make one enjoy hand crafted world. It's fantastic even without magic, fancy movies and stuff.
And you know what? It's not even AAA and still learned a lot how people in medieval times lived. And what's more, it's still in development and they want zero, I repeat ZERO money for new stuff!
This game is a simulation gem. Not shiny or anyhting, but it misses only few perks, such as more quality of life in UI and stuff which developers wanna add in time.
Worth the money!
