Criminally underrated party game. Basically the default game when I have people over and need something simple that everyone can enjoy.

Played for just a bit and the gameplay would need to be incredible to make up for how bad it feels to play.

- Game is pitch black in the shadows and you sometimes need to spam click in the darkness to find the person you're supposed to interact with.
- Mouse smoothing is horrible and feels disgusting.
- Fans spin up to the max no matter the settings, even with frame limiting.
- If it crashes in the first hour you need to play the whole tutorial again since they disabled saving for some reason.
- A ton of needless post processing so the game looks VERY washed out and grainy

There might be a decent game but the dev tried to do too much in terms of graphics. A simpler, smoother experience would have been preferred. Refunded it in record time.

Multiplayer is down. This has been an issue since 2021

As an SCP fan I was pretty disappointed by this. The biggest problem might be that the gameplay loop is incredibly boring and that almost seems unfixable.

1. You go through a really linear level and upgrade your weapons on a workbench (everything is unlocked, no progression system). The exploration is really shallow because you can’t really venture off the given path and there isn’t anything worthwhile to find or do anyway.

2. You find a closed door but you can’t go through it before doing some really shallow task like finding a keycode or flipping a hidden switch. Which is just not fun at all. It really feels like unnecessary padding and takes up most of the gameplay.

3. You open the door and shoot a couple enemies which die incredibly quickly, not much skill or aim is needed. Or you die after one hit for some reason and all your weapons and modifications are gone which makes this system pointless as well. This is the most fun part but comes way too short and needs some serious polishing to carry the rest of the game in any meaningful way.

Now keep in mind: I only played it for around 1-2 hours but it just didn’t ever pick up, if all the fun gameplay is deeper into the game then just remove the whole first part. If the gameplay loop doesn’t change: just start over or go back to the drawing board.

This is by far the worst SCP game I’ve played yet, and I’ve played some really bad ones. Graphics are alright though.

Tutorial hat leider zu viele Bugs um hilfreich zu sein, zwei versucht und beide konnten nicht beendet werden.
Danach hat das Spiel die Stromabnehmer nicht mehr aktiviert, egal was ich gemacht habe, sogar wenn ich das Tutorial 1 zu 1 befolgt habe. Wollte dieses Spiel mögen aber in diesem Zustand musste ich leider refunden.
