Always looking for the opportunity to negotiate and often successful in getting a good deal. But sometimes PetroX fails to press home the advantage, and doesn't get the best deal possible. PetroX responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time. Does not shirk duties, but always instigates and encourages load-sharing with other members of the team, resulting in strong group output. Consistently plans and monitors the work of team-members. Interested in learning about other people and the world, but tends to let others ask the questions and find the answers.
