This is a FANTASTIC game overall.

The Good:
great teambased mechanics
the choice to go stealth or go loud (and when someone in your team messes up stealh which they will, then you can still go loud)
good upgrade system of weapons and skills
varied missions
amazing to play with friends, If you have mics use them! it really does make the world of diffrence.

The bad
when the host quits out it ends the mission instead of selecting a new host.
the drills.... you would think with 800mill in the bank you would be able to buy a drill that works!
the missions while varied can still become quite repetative.

pretty damn addictive
