Pretty much an exact copy of Game Dev Tycoon I played a bunch on my Android phone. In some areas there are more features, in some areas there are less. All in all, not bad.

Heard it was short so I figured I'd give it a go. Was pretty turned off right from the start by the male doctor's character. His dialogue was intentionally silly, but I thought sometimes it was a bit too much and took a lot from the overall tone of the game. After about an hour I was pretty into the story. Gameplay is minimal and a bit repetitive, but you're really playing along for the story anyway. Was pleasantly surprised overall. Worth playing if you have a few hours to kill.
