I've been an MK fan since the '90s but this is the first entry in the series which gives me more disappointment than satisfaction. It's overprized, yet a lot of characters (even from the story), some additional skins (not the recolours), new announcer voices and the (infamous) Khaos Reigns DLC all become playable only if you pay more and more and more. Well, I don't give a sh*t whether this level of monetization by Warner is already accepted or not in the 2020s game industry, I find it pathetic and infuriating. It's truly a shame, because otherwise the rebooted story, the gameplay mechanics, the Invasions mode and the restarted Towers of Time are actually entertaining. Gameplay-wise my only gripe is the forced Kameo system... The entire game would have been better without it.
