It took me around 68 hours, a few guides, playing magic and some farming to finish Elden Ring and 100% its achievements. Yeah I know, for hardcore fans I don't deserve it, but for me it was fun and games are about entertainment.
Indeed Elden Ring is probably the most accessible souls game by FromSoftware and I think that is what makes it the best so far. You can choose how you progress through the game, how much struggle you want to have. Even then, if your build isn't suited, you will have some hard times against some of the bosses and that is fun too !
I did everything I wanted to do so far, at least that I know of. Because yeah, without guides, you WILL miss important quests or even new areas (or you are very good at decrypting the dialogues and items descriptions). I didn't do all the dungeons or discover every corners of the world (at some point it was just pointless, nearly one shotting bosses), but what I have seen was quite beautiful and well crafted.
I probably have enjoyed everything I have seen in the world of Elden Ring. It was a great journey, though it didn't touch me as much as I wish it had, but I felt like my time with the game was good and fulfilling.
I wholeheartedly recommend playing it if you feel like you would enjoy a bit of a challenge and the joy of exploration in an open world RPG very well executed. You are in for an impressive ride ! I know it will be difficult to find a worthy game to play after that one, but goodbye Elden Ring, it was fun and now I am off to new adventures !

The overwhelmingly positive reviews are well deserved !
The world is rich, the characters are relatable, the graphics are pretty, the music works well and the gameplay is good enough (Resources management and puzzles).
You basically follow Jun, Eda and Remi in a wonderful journey through the Thousand Peaks and the story is surprisingly well done with good illustrations.
You will get enough quality content for the asking price even without a discount. It took me a bit less than 14 hours to finish it, which is enough for the game to tell you what it wants to. I don't plan on 100% achievements, because it is way too easy to miss stuff and the fuel management becomes a little difficult when you want to explore everything, but I enjoyed nearly every minute of it (I found a mini-game a bit annoying to perfect but that is all).
In a nutshell, if you enjoy beautiful narrative games, it is an easy recommendation !

Early Access Review
I wasn't expecting that game to be that addictive !
It took me around 36 hours to 100% the achievements and the collection (with the last update on May 9th, 2022), which is quite good for the asking price of 2.39€ !
It is pretty simple, you choose a character, a stage and then there you go for a massive rampage. It feels satisfying very quickly and every chest you open makes you excited when it rolls: will it be 5 items ? Will it be what I want ?
Cutting through hundreds if not thousands of enemies with a solid build is rewarding and makes you want to do another run to unlock further content and discover the other weapon upgrades.
Without any hesitation, I can tell you that for what it costs, this game is a "must have" !
Good job poncle, can't wait to see where this game goes until its full release, because yeah, it is only the beginning of the early access !

I got the game for around 2€ and for that price that was an awesome experience !
It is everything the first Mirror's Edge game was but pushed further: more moves, more combat techniques, more world interactions. It is a good game if you want to relax and visit a pretty high-tech city.

The story is interesting, but what really got me is doing some parkour around Glass city. There is plenty of things to do for both casual and hardcore gamers. Do you just want to go through the story while doing some platforming ? That is fine, you can do it fairly easily. Do you want to be the best at the runnings ? You can try hard as much as you want and enjoy unlocking further movements with the main quests. Optional and random delivery/interventions quests are the hardest content of the game, it just a ton of fun at your fingertips if you are into it. An elite enemy gave me some struggling two times, but nothing you can't overcome by using all the tools you are given. I found the end credits a bit too long for my patience, but it allowed me to think about the general experience, which was very good.
It took me 17 hours to do all main and side quests, some random content and collecting some things, which is pretty good for the price I got the game.
I have read in the Steam discussions that some are having stuttering, but it wasn't my case and I had no issues during my whole playthrough. Only thing that annoyed me was when I did badly an input and would jump into the void, which was pretty often haha.

All in all, it is a great parkour game that I recommend, with content going further than just main story.

First I need to say that I got this game as a gift from the Choice of Games community and that I am really thankful for that !
I have finished my first playthrough in around 25 hours, got 11 achievements out of 30 and reached a satisfying ending. I may be a slow reader, but I enjoy to immerse myself in the stories I read and I would say that this one was top notch.
I don't know much about the World of Darkness, but with this game I can say that you end the game knowing a fair amount of the universe in which it takes place.
When I thought I would be done with the game, there were more quests ! When I thought I would be ok with the incoming situations, the story would put pressure on my choices and make me tense awaiting for what would come next. You get attached to your characters and others you meet and it is a joy to play a role and sticking to it.
For a narrative game, I would say it ticks all the good boxes with just a few small hiccups, which are the following (small spoilers): At Camp Scheffler, while you need to wait, you are given choices you don't really want to do if you play a certain way, so it was a bit frustrating. After the auction house in an optional quest, I lost an additional $2000 I don't know why. Feeding choices around Tucson were limited to one possibility. Once I got the penthouse I wasn't able to change the haven.
However don't be afraid, those little issues are nothing compared to all the entertainment this text-based game provides. I would say it is a perfect entry for those who want to try this category, as it is pretty much a high quality RPG.
So for me this is a big thumbs up ! I can't wait to play the other Vampire the Masquerade text-based games.

Impostor Factory is a short game (around 4h to complete it), but a long and touching story. It is like interacting with a very good movie. For those who discover Freebird Games, I would say this game is the last one of a series that started with To The Moon and is the 2nd best of it after To The Moon which was already setting the level pretty high. I recommend playing all of Freebird Games' work. They tell stories full of emotion that won't let you go until you have finished them.
In a nutshell, just go for it if you like good stories, you won't regret it !

Even though I have fully completed the original Steins;Gate visual novel in 2017 and watched the anime, the key moments of the Elite version still brought tears to my eyes. This is just how good the story is.

This edition isn't as pretty as the other one, but it is a bit shorter (39h to 100%) and closer to the anime, so it seems to me that it is a good entry point to the world of visual novels.

Technically speaking the game has all the tools to make the experience as smooth as possible and easy to navigate. My only issue was with my controller getting disconnected from time to time. I ended up playing with mouse and keyboard which were even better.

So if you want an awesome time travel story with pretty animated visuals, I totally recommend this game. Be sure to follow a guide for the best experience !

The game is more light-hearted than Robotics;Notes Elite, but it still considers some interested subjects.
I don't agree when people say there are no end goals, the main objective is to make the club members at peace with themselves and to make a great festival (beating the villain along the way and making people join the club).

The stories are about growing up, dealing with our own fears and overcoming them to reach our dreams. It covers a wide range of issues: knowing what you want to become in the future, how to deal with loneliness, how to deal with your evolving kids as parents, anxiety etc... I really enjoyed how the different characters of the club are developped, making a proper ending for the question "what do they become after Robotics;Notes Elite ?". During some endings I even had tears ready in my eyes (of joy or sadness, it is up to you to discover it).

It took me around 39 hours to 100% the game following a guide. The last phase was also quite refreshing and really worth it !

Beware though, technically the game is quite unstable (closing all of a sudden, making you need to load last save -around 12 times- or a black screen that reappears if you don't restart your computer or the game -6 times-).

Other than that the different features are well implementend and it is a joy to go through the different routes. Sure, it isn't the best entry in the series, but it is still solid ! Be sure to apply the Committee of Zero's patch !

Pro tips: Sometimes clichés are awesome.

Damn, it starts slow and all cute, learning about that small Tanegashima Robotics Club, driven by Akiho who dreams about reaching the heart of her big sister by finishing the giant robot she started years ago, helped by her childhood best friend Kaito who only cares about being the best at versus fighting games.
However, it truly begins after 4 chapters (called phases here), where the routes really begin. At first I didn't like much the characters who join the cast one by one. But once you understand all their inner struggles and issues, they are quite easy to relate to and you don't want to lose them anymore. Frau will be hard to like for some, as she is all the time talking like she lives in 4chan watching too much anime in the early 2000s duhuhu SMH... I think you get it now, but I love her still.
The general plot is worthy of the Science Adventure series, with some interesting twists, but I won't spoil anything, it is better to discover it by yourself.

I think it is really important to do all the routes to really get the story, as most endings are like a puzzle making the full picture, where everything becomes crystal clear. It took me around 63 hours to complete everything. For the best experience, use the Committee of Zero Steam patch, it really does a good job enhancing the experience.

This is a game about fighting for your dreams, friends and family, for a goal that goes beyond you, to overcome your deepest fears and to be the best you can be. There is no place like home.

Robots are humankind's friends, don't doubt it!
Storm and surge! Blast of Spirit, Gunvarrel!

Pro tips: Don't trust everything you read without having different points of view. Also I recommend the game.

Now the game weighs heavy on my heart as I was going through several emotions when the credits appeared. I was happy because of what I had achieved for Sordland, sad because of some things that happened during the presidency and angry about all those backstabbing snakes I met, but that is politics and I should have expected everything that happened. It is a game about politics yes, but it goes through a lot of issues that make it very interesting.

If you want an engaging story with heavy choices and consequences, this game is definitely a good candidate, probably one of the best I have played so far, between a visual novel, an adventure game and a political simulator.
My first playthrough lasted for 28 hours and I got the game for 10€, so it is really worth its price. There is plenty of room for several campaigns as many things can be done completely differently, but I feel the need to let the emotions pass before starting a new one.
Be aware that to enjoy this game, you must like reading A LOT of text as there are many information to go through to make the choices that fit the best your ideals or your roleplay (there are an ingame wiki and notepad).
I read that some got problems running the game, so I will tell you that I had no technical issues during my whole playthrough if it can reassure you.
I will stop there before I start sharing spoilers of what I went through, because I enjoyed it A LOT and feel the need to talk about it.

Definitely a high recommendation from me. Good job Torpor Games !
