I loved The Movies as a kid, but this is not enough to scratch that itch. While the Devs fleshed out the day to day management and added some neat features (Like re-shoots) they did NOT improve the actual movie making. The whole making movie process is oddly... shallow? There is no search function to find specific animations, very limited costumes, all sets are just boxes... You may like the game if you are more into the day to day management of actors and staff but actually making "blockbusters" is a chore unfortunately. I wish the devs nothing but luck it's just not for me.

Did you play Street Fighter 5 and think, wow fighting games are boring? Did you play Xrd and have an aneurysm trying to learn Zato combos? Did you love the hype of DBFZ but more of a 1on1 fighting game player? WELL BOY is this game for you. Sure, it loses a good chunk of the abyss levels of complexity of earlier GG installments but it retains quite a bit of the mechanics of Xrd and makes them MUCH easier to understand. Roman cancels are still here, Just Blocking is still here and so is spending meter to ignore chip. Its GG just a bit easier to understand. Buy it, love it, dont pick axl or i will hate you and throw random ♥♥♥♥ until I get an afro, then i will burn you. GG good game

Holy hell what a pretentious load of nonsense. Listen, its free, try it if you want but be ready to be angry. The creator of this game has his head shoved so far up his own ass he can see daylight out his mouth. It's another indie game about depression written by a highschool emo-kid. Depression is complicated and effects many people in many ways, but indie game developers think its just "super sad" all the time. The ending is some contrived garbage about how we are willing to "play" with depression or some ♥♥♥♥. Seriously, this is like modern art levels of pretentiousness.

I feel so conflicted about this game. Its setting is amazing, louisiana swamp with a distinct lovecraftian vibe to it. Great enemy designs and some of the art (especially for the perks) is very visually unique and awesome. The gunplay (when your framerate isnt tanking) feels solid and satisfying. HOWEVER, this game was released far too early. It barely runs, there are hud glitches (if you are late to load, which already takes eons, the red WAITING FOR PLAYERS text will not leave the center of your screen) and frustrating bugs that will either get you stuck, or worse, outright kill or get you killed. For thirty dollars at this stage, it feels so greedy and underhanded that I find myself wishing i got a refund. Supporting this kind of development is bad, not to mention they have made AAA titles before. Be aware that the game will hopefully be good SOMEDAY, but as of now you are paying THEM money to perform their testing. Its a broken mess, seriously guys, you need to stop all content patches and push for optimization.

Super fun and a great way to get started in fighting games considering its pick-up and play ability. Just dont hop into online thinking there are others like you. Its very brutal online with more often then not very skilled players who have been on IV since vanilla.

This game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aggrivating you have no idea like ♥♥♥♥ it so much... it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks... 10/10 though
