This game has come a long way since Early Access. It has truly evolved into what it was promised to be. I was nervous when I saw that OWI was purchased by a Chinese company. The gameplay became more arcadey, and microtransactions were added. This could have easily been the death-knell for Squad. However, the Infantry Combat Overhaul has brought myself and many of the hardcore players back. It isn't perfect (I'm sure they will tweak it), but it is the most fun I've had in a multiplayer shooter in ages.

I loved this game and spent countless hours having tons of fun with my friends until one day my crosshairs disappeared. Its practically unplayable now and no "Fixes" online have alleviated it. I feel I've been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over and robbed of a great game and offically recommend that you spend your money elsewhere so the same doesn't happen to you.

The best single-player experience I've ever had. Amazing environments coupled with fantastic modes of transport, the coolest arsenals, and fantastic writing. This game has the greatest villain I have ever encountered. The characters all look and sound great, and have some of the best voice acting I've ever heard. Multiplayer is a bit weak, but nonetheless a must-have. My favorite game of 2012.
