Horizon Zero Dawn: where Katniss Everdeen and Terminator decided to have a baby and named her Aloy. First off, kudos to the game devs for paying real good attention to the really important detail – Aloy's hair. It's seriously on fleek 🔥

The story and lore are solid A+. Imagine fighting robo-dinosaurs in the future with bows and arrows. It's like Jurassic Park, but the dinos are on steroids. The combat mechanics are a pure chef's kiss. No simple dodge and shoot here. You're basically sketching out every move with serious precision.

10/10 would totally dive into Forbidden West the moment Sony drops it on Steam

I've read about the 80's vision of the future a while back and I think CDPR actually nailed most, if not all, the interpretations of the retro-futuristic setting in this game. The dystopian vibes this game gives off is astounding.

I started my 2nd playthrough immediately after I finished the first one because it's THAT good. The story, the lore, the characters, the game mechanics, and the soundtracks are what get me hooked. Plus, female V's voice acting is top-notch.

Apart from that, it's important to know that this game lacks in certain areas like game physics, driving mechanics, sound effects, and level of detail. I must admit that Cyberpunk 2077 has the worst AI ever existed in modern gaming despite getting patched with 1.6 update. Having played RDR2, I know what some people might feel. However, none of these drawbacks should in any way discourage you from completing the game. If you dont wanna get disappointed, dont set the bar too high.

Technical drama aside, I'm glad that CDPR has the sheer will to work on making the game better than it was at launch and own up to their mistakes for the catastrophe that was resulted by the lies and broken promises. Although skeptical, yet I'm hopeful for their future projects.

It's a 10/10 but grab this game on sale or spend your eddies elsewhere

This game has a God tier level of immersion and it offers an insanely great deal of realism and detail that not even a game that sets in retro futuristic timeline can past its degree of competence. The NPCs in this game have a real-life kind of intelligence and common sense that you would think twice before messing around with the people and the law enforcement. I highly recommend playing this game at least once before you die.

I'm loving the idea of having a cat as a protagonist in a video game but it's quite a bummer that the playtime is way too short. But for the most part, I really loved this game. The movement of the cat is precisely scripted and the graphics are incredible, with detailed environments and impressive lighting effects. This game is purrrfect for gamers who love cats!

10/10 it's a meow-sterpiece 🐈✨

As someone who has a passable portion of knowledge in political science ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), I appreciate the attention to detail the devs have put into making this game feels true to life. The functioning of the characters in the left-right spectrum in this game is spot on 👌🏽. The only thing this game is lacking is cutscenes. It would be awesome if animated cutscenes were added in some parts of the game so we could see a visual presentation of the state of play from every decision we make. All in all, it's the best text-based political RPG I've ever played!

5/5 There's a small reference to The Witcher 3. Keep playing and you will find it :)

I loved Lara's face in TR 2013 and her face in Rise looks so much prettier. I'm excited to pick up Shadow once it's on sale but I wish they had at least used the same model from Rise. The reboot seems pointless if they keep changing her face and making her look like a completely different person.

In general, the story is pretty much predictable but still fun to follow, combat feels good (many cool ways to take down enemies), most of the puzzles are very compelling to solve, collectibles like documents, relics, murals, and monoliths contain revealing information that help you understand the story better, graphics are immensely beautiful (except in Geothermal Valley), and the ending song is really good. It fits the game perfectly. 10/10 Lara's booty can be distracting sometimes.

It's a beautiful experience to have played this game for the first time with full of inexpressible emotions; mostly depressing.

The story is basically about a teenage girl whose whole journey is about learning to let go and realize that she cant save everyone. She's going to have to make a gut wrenching decision to either reverse something she did or suffer with the burden knowing something worse happened. Both decisions have the tendency to make you feel like crap. It's safe to say that both decisions take a heavy toll on the main character and I personally think there’s no right or wrong answer. Before you get to see all the f-ed up 💩 happened, you will be investigating and digging for clues about a missing student.

This game has taught me that there's not always rainbows and butterflies and the best ending isn't always the happy ones. You get to decide for what the future holds but there's no guarantee that you can change everything suitably to what you wish for. You will have to live by the circumstances of your own actions either way.

Rating: 5/5 - best real life simulator I've ever played
