my dad made me discover this incredible game and im so bad at it 0_0 it was fun knowing how much money he spent on the arcade cabinet before he got good enough to use 1-2 coins for completing the game. while playing this game i get it why is so famous it's super fast it look so good (the artstyle and animations are crazy i can't imagine what people thought during the early 2000's) and it's very very hard at least for me! but it's a fair difficulty and its fun everytime to get the best score possible.

We thought it was neat in the 2000s. Its graphics were considered cartoon-y and fun, not necessarily amazing. But the hand-drawn quality of all of the frames was well-respected.

we had pretty good looking 3d games in the early 2000s so i doubt anyone thought these graphics were particularily amazing tbh. mgs2 came out in 2001
