If you know the studio behind this game, you know that this game will be never finished as their previous titles and one day there will be sunset. There is ton of bugs from the beggining that will be never fixed, istead of that you will get a new hero with paid DLC and new achievements like in manufacture and sales with annoying pop-ups showing every single time you change your party. Reccomended specification for computer are in my opinion not accurate as it consume a lot of CPU (well I can't imagine how to play it on minimum spec. computer, it must just burn itself).
Season events are just annoying things as you find it repetitive, time consuming and well it just pushing you to pay for heroes you are missing or you will be in time problems with finishing most of the long quests specific for these event heroes.
Well why so many hours in-game if it is just bad game? Reasons are obvious as I am achievement hunter and I don't care about how bad the game is as I am running it most of the time in the background. It is not that much time consuming for maintaining if you are not FOMO player.
