Atmosphere, action, an intriguing story and setting, and a solid arsenal of abilities and weapons. What's not to love?

Control offers a fun, dark, mysterious adventure to players presented immaculately, both visually and by sound design. The difficulty is just right, the combat is fluid and very dynamic, and exploration of The Oldest House is a total joy.

But what's most memorable to me is the setting and the lore; for those who love to read the extra tidbits strewn all about the game's world, Control will truly pique your interest and engross you. I definitely highly recommend it.

I can't upvote this enough. Full disclosure, I've always been a fan of every TES game since Morrowind, and finally playing this in full VR (playing on my Quest 2 via Virtual Desktop, and with 60+ mods (currently)) is like living a dream. Or reliving a dream.

Thanks to most Skyrim: Special Edition mods working with Skyrim VR, and the modding community in the VR world being exceedingly talented, there are a ton of mods that are available to the player, so that's also nice. Some, IMO, are quite essential: as always SkyUI, SKSE, and the various patch/fix mods, and then a couple VR essentials: VRIK and Higgs most of all. After that, most of my mods are a split between increasing performance and beautifying the game, which I recommend on both counts, but to your individual taste.

I definitely recommend this game to any who loved Skyrim originally, and as for those new to the series, I think it'd still be amazing, but please do go the extra step get the mods I mentioned above.

Wildlands provides an enormous open-world sandbox ripe with cartels and military police for you and your friends to frolic about in. The entire game is fun solo, but best played with friends. The game caters well to both those who wish to play like Rambo as well as those who play like ninjas.

I've been playing it mostly with friends on the highest difficulty, which has been a great challenge as it forces us to be smart and stealthy, though there's a nice balance there as at times we still need to resort to open warfare. Loads of fun!

There's so much to see and do in this open-world sandbox of San Francisco. The tech at your fingertips is amazing, the details put into the world are really great, and the characters really shine. The overall style is killer, and while I miss the grit of Chicago, I love the heartbeat of SF. Dedsec's evolution is so damn cool, and I have to say it again, the characters are truly great.

I don't have much to complain about this game, other than, I wish there was more of it. It's not a short game, and there's so much to do in it, but it still pains me to have very little left to do, haha.

9/10 in my books.

Crawl is amazing. It's a very unique and exciting local multiplayer game to play with friends. In short, one player is the hero and all other players (human or AI players) control the dungeon's traps and its monsters. Whichever of those gets the killing blow against the hero becomes the hero, and the dungeon crawl continues.

There are really good self-balancing systems built into the game that helps players who are "behind" to have a lot of fun and catch up, and there's a lot of variety between all the creatures, weapons, abilities, procedural level generation, and end bosses so that replayability is very high.

The only real drawback in Crawl is that the multiplayer is limited to local only. To that end I recommend playing with a controller, and if possible, treat it as a console game and play it on a big screen like a TV.

The art is incredible, the music is awesome, and atmosphere is wicked and the game's mechanics are really damn cool. I love this game, I'd give it a solid Spinal Tap 11/10 if I could.
