i get that you gotta put food on the table somehow, but $70 for a AAA title that won't even let you experience the content they drop in updates until you pay ANOTHER fee, which will only result in you paying ANOTHER fee once the new season rolls around with some new god tier weapon that redefines the meta for a month after it's release until it either solidifies itself as king or gets nerfed into irrelevancy. not to mention ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Deep Rock Galactic figured out the 'choose your path' battle pass system before the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at IW did. at least with DRG, if you miss a season because you're genuinely fed up with the game, you don't have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of cosmetics becoming unobtanium because Activision's philosophy is "oops, real life priorities got in the way of no-lifing our game like the content creators we pander to and bankroll??? sorry loser, SOL"

endless cycle of the monetization of basic features that should be accessible entirely through gameplay and gameplay alone.

gameplay sucks too, you put all that effort in to fine-tuning your movement system to have all these delays on buffered inputs that just makes the game feel clunky. i don't get a dopamine hit when i get a kill anymore, with the game's mechanics and desync it just feels like a cointoss on whether or not i get lucky and actually get a kill on the dude im pixel-perfect beaming

Fantastic combat system, beautiful level design, incredible versatility in terms of different playstyles. And it's a FromSoft game, it's just that good.

good game, abysmal controls. honestly would have had much more fun if i could control it better.

what to expect: generic hero-based shooter that plays poorly. graphics are decent, maps are actually kinda unique, interesting gamemodes, jiggling prepubescent tiddies.

biggest problem is no option for disabling VSync so you're constantly stuck with heavy input delay. that being said, most of the graphic options are vague and not helpful in tweaking your game for performance. Playing with a controller might be fun, haven't checked to see if it supports them though.

summary: great game, bad controls. if you can get past the delay, it's fun and'll keep you hooked for a little while. nothing groundbreaking though.

Gameplay is tight and consistent, heros are well balanced for the most part.

Definitely worth the low low price of free.

Amazing short, simplistic puzzle shooter. Dev is a great guy who's super involved with his community and listens to the players of his great game.

A bit glitchy, controls aren't as reliable as I'd like, but this game was a project that took around 15 weeks to make, according to dev.

Actually streamed a bit of this game attempting to speedrun it (My PB is 7:04), and dev joined mid-stream and gave me some strats to use. I was super hyped about that.

All in all, great game, great dev, great community, absolutely worth the free, 2 minute download. You won't regret playing this gem.
