It just isn't new player or veteran friendly. New players get tossed in with so much to do and little direction, and Vets just never get anything challenging or enjoyable because its the same mundane stuff over and over again. They really bank on you hitting the middle road and staying hooked, there just is not a valid reason to start Destiny 2.
