The best combat simulator out there. Ever expanding since 2014, with loads of new theaters. Fantastic feeling of flight, VR support, very advanced flight modelling and damage modelling, and a living, passionate community.

If you played the old IL-2, you'll notice a difference in aircraft modelling complexity. The clickpit may be gone, but I don't miss it.

If you enjoy War Thunder, this is the perfect next step up from Simulation mode.

A truely great point and click game as always from Daedalic.
Like with their later games, the Deponia series, they manage to balance the story and events between humour and grave seriousness in a way that makes it into a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I really got attached to the characters as the story progressed. This is a hard thing to do, but Daedalic has made it a red thread throughout their catalogue.

Technically you can see that this game has come of age, but it is a visually beautiful game. With great detail in the scenery, and nice classicaly animated characters, It holds up well. The cutscenes are done in a cartoon strip way and with little animation, but it does fit the style of the game, and I totally buy it, and get sucked right into the story.

The only real downside of the game as I see it, is that the audio sometimes break the immersion. There are some points in the game where characters speak or react in a tone that isn't natural. This does however only occur a few places, and the music and the rest of the dialogue makes up for it.

I really recommend this game to any point and click fan!

PS: Thought I spotted some nuclear plant pipes on the Oslo skyline, Daedalic. This country only has two underground research plants!
