Persona 3 FES was the first game that got me into the Persona series as well as mainline Shin Megami Tensei. I had enjoyed the narrative the most while also appreciating the more unique gameplay compared to both earlier and later entries (I am a rare Persona fan that has actually played Persona 2, but not rare enough to be a Persona 1 player.) I had my gripes with the original in the form of more janky game mechanics like downing enemies and bosses being very clearly overpowered for chain-stunning, party members having very inconsistent viability when your only method of control was the tactics system (aside from having direct control on the main character), not much development for nearly half of the party because they lacked social links (unless you played portable, which would still have the same problem anyway just with the same gender as your MC of choice), the fatigue system as a whole (even if it became irrelevant in the mid-game and onward), and the lack of presence some antagonists had.

Persona 3 Reload has fixed just about all of this for me. I'm still going through the game (currently in September, so I only have a few months left in the game) but I feel I can confidently say that P3R, even without The Answer, is the definitive way to experience Persona 3. While I wish The Answer was in the Reload from the get-go, despite the very controversial status it holds due to its quality in FES, I feel that the main story of Persona 3 with FES and Portable's QoL changes are more than enough to make the game stand on its own. Maybe Atlus will just give us The Answer as DLC anyway. I can actually mix and and match my team without concern of, say, Koromaru being near worthless in FES because his skillset is primarily Dark magic so he'd miss his instakills when I want him to use Fire skills or whatever. In Reload I can actually make use of Koromaru as a mixed Dark/Fire magic user and support with crit boosts and increasing my team's physical damage output. I can actually go at my own pace and take a moment to grind if I need money or extra EXP for my lower level party members without fear of the fatigue system just ruining the pace. Direct control on all party members does have the side effect of making the game generally easier, but I think this is worthwhile to actually have enjoyable gameplay and shifting the difficulty around having actual coverage as a team than just on your main character while your party members are forced to play support. Even then, if direct control just isn't the way, the tactics system is still there. It's watered down though which is a shame, but it at least is usable. And for what it's worth, playing through the game on Merciless has still brought a surprising amount of challenge for me despite having direct control on all my party members.

Contains probably the fastest and most engaging combat in any JRPG I've played thus far alongside having a banger OST. There isn't a dull moment at any point with this game and doesn't even require that much grinding for completion as well. Having played a few other entries in the series (Symphonia, Berseria, and Vesperia), the game has pretty much improved everything those older entries brought to the table. I normally would use mages (except for Symphonia) but this game got me addicted to CQC characters. Fantastic game all around.

Also, Rinwell is cute. :)

Pretty fun game. Some updates have some odd balancing, usually for the worst, but it doesn't seem to ruin the gameplay experience for me. If you just want to shoot down some Zeds and get lots of blood on the screen, this is worth playing.
The new maps that are added in each update are fresh and enjoyable, but some new Zeds that have been added over time (such as the robots) are kind of odd additions.

Yui is the best girl, and anyone who disagrees is objectively wrong. Sorry, but not sorry.

Clannad has absolutely got to be my favorite experience. Both the anime and the visual novel. Since this is a review for the visual novel, I can somewhat expand further with it.

It holds the best character development, OST, and story I have seen. I grew to love every character, even the ones who are made to be disliked for most of the story. Each route had something that makes them so memorable and enjoyable, as well as fully fleshing out every character during their respective route (and even a little bit during other routes!)

The differences between the anime and VN are noticable which allows them to give some different experiences for the story (or well, stories.) while staying similar otherwise. There's routes that are exclusive in the visual novel that expand further into each character and shows how they really are and gave a really good impression of them.

The OST is absolutely perfect for how the game wants to be. If there's an upbeat moment, there's enjoyable and happy music. If it's being serious, then it's got deep music, If Nagisa and Ushio are dying and you're bawling your eyes out like I was, you bet your ass there's some damn good music with it. I could spend so much time listening to the full OST.

Honestly, I could talk more and more about Clannad as a whole and how I absolutely love it, but why not just play the visual novel or watch the anime yourself? It's an amazing story and I fully recommend it.

Probably a better heist than Payday 2.

Very very short game. There's some replayability but honestly made me feel terrible about some choices. Also reminded me of a fairly recent experience at the time of this review.

It's free, short, and definitely entertaining enough for how long it lasts. Worth a pickup.
