The product is a nice introduction to coding. However, seems nobody understands this product does not come with support. All of it is done by the community, and could very well be taken away as nobody is obligated to do anything for you.

The software itself is fairly basic, and you'll end up having to rely on modifications. You are able to create a variety of bots, including advanced ones, if you have the time and are willing to put in the effort.

The way the software handles data leaves much to improve, as straight json files for storage on data that isn't persistent leads to corruption.

I would rate Garry's Mod at about a 4/5 on a scale of gameplay. There are a plethora of gamemodes to explore and take root in, as well as experiment with anything. You will find me frequenting TTT and DarkRP; since those are some of the ones I played early on and grew into.
