Gowen Militaria used to have a lot of DDR stuff, though sadly I believe they aren't around anymore. I used to collect gas masks a bunch, though now I'm only after specific examples.

I've always found the 1800s to be fascinating, I did a college presentation where I dressed as an 1890s US soldier - I even managed to get permission with the security team to bring in my Trapdoor rifle and its bayonet!
