The start can be slow, but once you get going it is near impossible to put down. This game absolutely had me prisoner for about two weeks straight, leading me to a 90 hour binge where I refused to put it down.

The characters are loveable, the plot Is heartwarming, the art is gorgeous, and the gameplay is never dull. I would easily describe this as one of my favorite titles.

The difficulty is pretty intense, sure, but never once in my 1000+ deaths did I ever find it not fun to play. The payoff is worth the frustration, but, it is definitely a game for the patient. I got 45 hours out of it 100%'ing every achievement, probably could have gotten more if I had S ranked every level.

While the art in this game is very beautiful, and i get an idea of something more, the story is at times a little convoluted and unclear. Its beatable and 100% achievable in a little under 3 hours, and feels more like an atmosphere piece than anything else. It's good if you keep an open mind and don't go into it expecting the world. Just the experience of the game is payoff on its own.

This is a bad game. The jokes are not funny, and the main protagonist is not likable. I 100%'ed this game solely out of spite in a call discussing how much i hated it the entire time i was playing it in the stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ droggeljug mode. And even then, I only did so so i would not have to even think about playing it ever again.

The story in this game is absolutely A+, and the music is gorgeous. It is definitely a game that I would go back to play again after beating it first time around. It was refreshing a very refreshing and unique gameplay experience that I would reccomend to really everyone.
