I really like the - could name it - progression line. It teaches you all the small things and later you must use your knowledge into making much larger mechanisms and algorithms. Recommend it!

This is the most peaceful game ever. Great MMO too. The developer is really nice. You make friends, as you have so much to discover!!

TL;DR: Buy this game immediately.

HROT is an absolutely unique experience. It is a "boomer-shooter" style game, but while keeping the action genre it's sometimes scary. It builds up the atmosphere. After you're on the edge, scared and waiting what will happen next, something happens. That something can be anything, but after it, there comes the action. Bodies are flying through the air, while you're killing everything on the screen. Jumping, dodging every attack from the creatures you're fighting with. There're explosions, electricity and anything you can imagine.

This is the game I was waiting for.

But on top of that, there are references. So many cool little things. You can play a little console with a game referencing a TV show from the 60s/70s or you can watch a miniature train set.

The level design is really great too. It isn't boring, in most of the leves, you will need to come back to places and there is plenty of details too.

The factory must grow

Really the best game.
Don't be scared of its chaotic look, because that doesn't matter, and after you play for a few minutes, then it's just great.

Best game, looks hard, is hard, but is fun (sometimes).

If you like the core idea of the game, but you're scared that it's too hard, don't think, just buy it. It's the kind of game where the first 2 hours might be really fun or extremely frustrating. When I first bought this game, I started it, clicked play and returned it after a hour. I totally didn't know what I was and what I should be doing. It just spawns you in the middle of a house in Finland and expects you to build a car, from scratch. I was so frustrated and angry so I said to myself that this game is just no good.

My friend also plays this game, and he was the guy who recommended me this game, so after few months, and after he really tried hard for me to play this game, I bought it again. He navigated me through the tough start, and said I should grab a tractor and head for tires for the Satsuma. I didn't know why, I didn't know where it was and this was really bad. I just listened to him where should I drive the tractor and after 20 minutes I was at the tires. So I ended the game again and returned to playing it the second day.

The friend wasn't calling with me this time, so I just looked up the wiki and what I should do. I know that Topless (the developer of this game) explicitly says in his *My Summer Car - What is it all about* video, that the player shouldn't be using any guides or something, but this was the thing that kept me going on. I built the main engine. It was really fun. Then I read, that I should tune it later, but if I don't want to do this by sound, I should buy a fuel mixture gauge. So I made a letter and drove to town.

With this I want to say that you shouldn't do what someone tells you. If it's a guide or a friend, that doesn't matter. You should be discovering things by yourself and then researching stuff (if you don't discover the whole game with trial and error lmao). You should really put effort on getting the real taste of the game. I hope that this review will get you to really trying to play this even if you have a fear of anything in this game.

Btw after this story happened, I got down the rabbit hole of this game and played for like 100 hours in two weeks, and that's really not frequent for me.

Best game I ever played.
