Strengths:
Being the first to die and then giving highly useful, completely unsolicited advice.
Can throw a grenade... somewhere... eventually.

Weaknesses:
All of them. Especially that one guy camping with a deagle.
Tendency to confuse teammates with enemies.
Full-on panic when asked to clutch.
