Now before I start this review let's get this out of the way.
You're gonna say Blade and Sorcery, you're thinking it, it's in the back of your head.
Get it out now because, not every sword swinging game is Blade and Sorcery.
The game also has a demo so you can try how it feels yourself before anything.

This game is a Mount n' Blade LITE for VR not a B&S "clone" and it does the job well. You can set the settings for how many units your PC can handle on screen at a time so you don't have to be too concern if your PC can't handle it. This is a war simulation with included sandbox custom battles. The game's feeling is more about dealing with tons of units on the field rather than the 5 or 10 at most and the graphics are simple clean and cut to not drag down your PC. Swinging your weapon has a impact depending on the part of the body you impact, the strength and the type of armor you're swinging at. The units can be a bit wonky here and there but, they can and will fight and react on their own whether it's retreating or finding the next enemy.

The campaign does it's job of the small piece of Mount n' Blade VR that matters with bandits and other factions roaming the map making an impact with or with out. Recruiting, earning gold, stat distributions, sieging, defending, wars, treaties and some permanent allies. I spent at least 30 hours in my first campaign fighting back and sieging wars whether you want to manually or auto resolve. With plenty weapons to choose from and up to 7 slots for weapons on you at one time you can spice up the battle pretty quickly.

My biggest flaw and recommendation is, if you have Windows 10. Enable voice commands. Trying to command an army with the tools available feels awkward and not fast enough. There is a file you can edit the text to have any choice of words for the commands you need so whatever you want to shout you can.

Finally a FREE card game that meets so many requirements I've seek for so many years,
Free? ☑
Vs. Players and AI? ☑
Unlimited Currency Grind through Quests, Players and AI? ☑☑☑

(5/20/21 date of review)

A card game where the immersion of just playing the game is more valuable then trying to ensure you're back everyday for dailies or trying to get you to gamble all you life savings on digital card packs. Attempting to emulate that nice card store feel with other folks around whether you're dueling them or just having a chat having a good time, and I do mean emulating that feel.
Players can "walk" around and are able to view your cards on the field, in your hand, see when you're building a deck and even when you open a card pack. That includes your opponent on the battle field but, they take cheating or harassment very seriously. Nobody can stop truly someone from getting up in a real card store and attempt to look at your hand, nor can they stop from shoving their books and tankards in your face, doesn't make it right but sometimes we all like to goof around a bit. A one guy situation that won't ruin for us all and that's what I truly enjoy, it just emulates that good card shop vibes.
The cards are simple enough to understand but, are capable to master with an interesting twist on the faction mechanic. Everyone including yourself will have to take the time to open packs to complete that full deck as developer themselves seems to be on the full no pay2win train. The only pay dump is cosmetic only, I personality don't mind pay to win as long as I can grind to my hearts content,
And that is the key feature I was hoping for. It doesn't matter whether I'm fighting an AI or a real Player, you get gold. A pack is 300 gold, a win against AI is 25 gold, against real players is 50. Losing is 12 gold against AI(Should be 10 triggers my OCD of numbers) and 25 against real players. There are endless repeatable quests that give 25 gold for meeting the goal and there is a weekly repeating that even if you only fight against AI the entire way to finish the weekly quests that is 10 packs right there.

But the game isn't perfect and can have some problems that some might find deal breaking. Still in it's early stages as some mechanics could use more details. If you're not watching where your hands are at you could accidentally tap something or hit redraw. I've constantly hit myself with damaging spells because i'm not raising my arms high enough. As an index user there is no full finger tracking which is disappointing. Cards in your book when deck building aren't grey out or that easy to understand you can't put anymore. First time playing I didn't truly understand what the difference was in factions and couldn't make an MRA deck at the start.
But, there's always someone there to teach and the moderators n' developers pop in from time to time so stick around and you might learn something game changing.

Personal feedback I care about 2v2, Harder AI, and more dumb cosmetics to blow my gems on.

The base game of exploring and killing is enjoyable but everything else drags it down.
The bugs,
The poor quests,
The too little inventory,
The constant new content that just turns into daily quest and ETC.
The building limitation.
Exploring the world is quite immersive and getting into fights with the AI can be fun at most times but constant combat bugs just take into place too often.
The building is even better than FO4 but the developers keep limiting how you can build and remove "exploits" leading you tell less and less exotic and creative ways to build.
Grab and scrap is the name of the game and boy oh boy do you run out of inventory and stash space fast but, don't you worry Fallout First will solve that problem if you give them even more of your money to solve a problem that could be free.

It was a 3/10 day one, now it's 5/10 or 6/10 maybe. I say 5 bucks is worth it, maybe 10 considering how buggy the game still is. I just like running around and killing.

If you like Mobas and want a Moba to play for fun, this is the game. It has too many game modes and wacky skins coming out all the time that this game always looks like a joke.
Want to take this seriously? I don't know about that. I've only played this Moba for fun because that is what it does best catering to both casuals and those who only care about their rank number.
The game can still have issues so and really tries to hammer down the paid content but, do give a good handful of decent freebies. If you want an absolute perfect Moba go play Dota 2, if all you care about is your rank and esports go play League.

This game has so many ups and downs from over the years, it's a game where you start laughing with your friends but as the hours passes you're are not laughing anymore. The game is just not polished enough in a lot of ways where it just becomes irritating and questionable at some parts.
It not the worst thing in the world, even the devs keep working on their projects and done some things right but, I beat the game to at least prove that I played it and I don't really want to give a 3rd chance.
Take a chance with friends when it's really cheap is all I can say.

The idea is unique and can be fun at times but the overall result feels lack luster and empty, it's got an endless game play loop but it doesn't feel that rewarding.

Not the worst thing but not really recommended.

Almost all the problems is fixed and the game is in a playable state. Monster Hunter is grindy wonderful experience thats just all action one half while the other is in the menus setting up your perfect armor. You could easily spend 100 hours playing it's deffiently worth a shot.
