Bought this on release, so waiting a bit to be able to play it when its gotten more updates on the story

This game is infested with sweaty campers and cheaters. Its not for casual FPS gamers like myself.
The game has the worst audio designe i'v ever come across in a video game, its impossible to hear where people are, its like you have two left ears. The jumping has input delay, the throwing has input delay, the shotguns have an insane input lag.
I honestly dont know why i even try to master this game, its an impossible task.
The game was ok back when it came out, but now it looks more and more like a cartoon fortnite hybrid. Dont waste ur time, its all about $$$$$ for the devs with these skins and season passes

If you are looking for a good open world survial game you can jump into for hours on end this is your game.
The game has lots of interesting stuff like crafting, basebuilding, raiding, hunting, and lots of different guns.
With the ability for the community to mod this game, the game really has something for anyone.
Wanna play on a server where food is scarse, and you have to hunt for survival? Well then try DayZ Underground.
Wanna try a server that just focuses on pvp, try Grumpy OB.

I would advise to not trust the official server too much though, since there is a decent amount of cheaters on them.
I would rather advise you to try TheRunningManZ server hosted by Spaggie as its pretty much vanilla dayz but close to no hackers, and you really can find a lot of interesting adventures in this game.

If don't wanna bother reading the jokes of reddit/meanjokes you can hear them live on a virtual stage, with 8 people shouting in eachothers face in the crowd. Honestly though, the concept for this game is awsome, its just the playerbase that sucks...Shame you are not able to mute the ingame cheers and sounds, or at least lower them since they cancel out the stuff that people are saying on stage....

The game lacks any kind of tutorial or guidelines to what you should do, i startet out as a peasent, looted and sold goods. No clue were i could start to farm and build my homested. Walked into a abandonded city and got executed by some NPC's. No clue why i got killed, no clue what i was doing, no clue if im ever coming back. This game sounded fun, but tbh it played like shait!

Would recommend this! but it did not have that immense story that i thought it would have.
I was really thinking it was gonna be like a Telltale level story, not saying it was bad, but it wasen't great.

You are Henry, a man who just suffered in his personal life.
When his wife Julie, get diagnosed with Alzheimzers.
One night after being at the bar, to get away with the stress of his home-life,
he gets arrested for DUI of alcohol. His wifte gets taken care of by her parents in Australia.
Henry then decides to leave his know life for some time, to go out into the great wild, as a firewatch.
His boss and only contact in the wild Delilah. They soon discover that everything isen't all black and white in the realm of firewatch life, and the story begins. N = Compass, M = Map, F = Flashlight (if and when you find it) Use them all wise. You'll really use that compass, and the map all of the time. Have a great time hiking people!

The gameplay is very good, and the game is beautiful, even on medium/low settings!
I wanna give this game 7 out of 10 cookies, only thing is lacking is that breathtaking story.

This game is great, its got so much potensial!
The fact that you always can upgrade you're stuff is absoluty perfect.
Oh you got a boat after some time scavanging, why not scavange some more and you got a motherplopping steam-boat!
Go into this game without knowing little to none about it, and you will have a great time!
(pro tip: Iron is located south of the main island, on Iron Island)
The gliders are funny.
If you enjoy raiding, you will not love this game though, cause the bases are pretty stirdy, and you won't make it through, if the builders knows what to do.
Really wish there was a sea monster in it though (you will get it when you scroll through the map, i had my Ballista ready for Nessie. Only found Crocs, and they scared the living ♥♥♥♥♥ out of me! Oh! and whats the deal with tigers on deserted islands?

Really hope they add in a lot more fun stuff, really an underrated game in my opinion! Should have a sh#t ton of more players online! Would be awsome with insane Ballista steam boat wars! Great buy, and at a price of 50% off, you won't regret it! Would have bought it for full price also!

Wow! This is indeed a masterpiece! Bought it on sale, should have bought it when it was full price! Cause its litterly that good! 10/10 toasts! What a beautiful story, and a tear making ending

- Me and my friend were looking for eachother for 3 hours.
- Met up in the middle of a big city
- Three hostile Swedes (Not PewdiePie bro's) were also in the city
- Swedes startet to fire at the two unarmed Norwegian viking friends
- The Viking friends escaped
- Friend number one was trying to shoot down a zombie, whilst friend number two was tanking behind him.
- Friend 1 accidently shot down the tanking friend

10 out of 10 would shoot my friend again! (P.S i got the zombie after i got my friend, im still safe!)
