Heres a link to that movie, they just seemed like giant russian tyrants. Doesnt really explain why leon is there... but hey he is lol, the movie revovles around a russian civil war and is set in russia. Not really spoilers since it starts off talking about russian history and talking about russian civil war, i actually thought it was another movie at first until RESIDENT EVIL popped up. Pretty decent though

going to need a team for shinobi lol, once u get all 3 u gotta get to the vault undetected. I did that no problem as well, but its a massive trap on the inside. ALL these doors fly open and the vault gets flooded with cops. plus since the bots are in the safe zone a fair distance away... i was on my own. But still they got downed just walking into the vault. Thats how hectic it gets in there, then i ran out of ammo in my little corner...
