Thanks to Genki for bringing back one of the most iconic racing game to us. Long Story Shot, it is a really good repolished Tokyo Xtreme Racer with couple of new ideas (such as better story telling and perk system)

As a Early access game, wish to see the following improvement in the upcoming release.

Overall Game Balancing need to be improved:
Game balancing is just as always in Tokyo Xtreme Racer series, and I will say it is a waste of chance for the perk system. Tuning and upgrade shall be bound to the perk and BP instead of Story progress to allow more freedom of playing style. And the perk shall be resettable using CP...

The two bosses at the end of this early access is still having balancing like the game 18 years ago, (i.e. the only way to beat them is to wait for a sharp corner before starting the battle...) there should be a lot of room for improvement with technology nowadays.

AI also need to be improved, at least I don't really want to see those sharp turning when npc just want to switch lane... And just don't know why the just keep every single car running at 60km/h if they are not in battle, it's 2025 and should be able to do more than that...

Saga series was in a weird situation that Square Enix seems forgotten what a Saga game should be in the recent years. Finally, they seems realize what Saga fans are waiting for; a remake of one of the best in the series.

After around 50 hrs of game-play, I can finally says it is a really successful remake of the classic JRPG.

First thing first, Square Enix is doing a really great job for modernizing this old JRPG. Fully visualized progression system (Master Level and Enemy Level) makes it relatively easier to understand. Probably the easiest we have ever seen in Romancing Saga Series.

Total of 5 Difficulty level is avalible (Casual, normal, Classic, Expert and Romacing). While Casual and Normal are aim for newcomers, Classic is the one close to the SFC original aiming for old Saga fans. Expert and Romacing is for hardcore Saga Fan and the difficulty is what we have seen in hardcore mods for the SFC Roms and will be unlocked after beating the hidden boss after completing the game. (And I am trying to beat Expert at this moment)

New game+ also avalible and well balanced so far, it is quite challenging even keeping most of the charater progress. And most of the changes they have made on the original progression system (e.g. Glimmer spell instead of simply learning it at Avalon, Changes on synthesized spells etc.) are probably because of this new game+ mode.

On the other hand, they also doing a great job for filling most of the missing pieces in the story of original SFC version by the supplementary cut scenes.

In conclusion, Revenge of The Seven is recommended for both newcomers and fans of the series.

TBH the first 2/3 game is really great, it is so great that may even challenge ToS or ToV... Unfortunately, the last 1/3 of it being quite mediocre. Story end-up feeling in a way that forcing things together, some of the reason for things to happen just not even making sense. Enemy design are really bad at the last couple of dungeons, fights take unnecessary long and not utilizing the build-in battle mechanics.

I would recommend it to any fans of this franchise. Even the game ending up mediocre, the team is trying to get new ideas into the franchise still worth to give our support.

It's great to see reformed Heluo Studio finally can release new RPG with the quality up to nowadays standard. Path Of Wuxia probably heavily inspired by Fire Emblem: Three Houses and P5P. It definitely worth more than it's tagged price.

Unfortunately it may not be possible to translate into languages other than Chinese due to too many Classical Chinese (such as Chinese poetry, etc.) are involved in the game.

Square Enix finally found that they have a treasure box under their feet... They have remaster / remake couple of biggest title in SFC and PS era (RSaga 3, Seiken Densetsu 3 and FF7). The fun fact is that they release these 3 title in 3 different direction. They have a simple graphic and UI update for RSaga 3; Re-presenting and remaking every single pieces for FF7. In Seiken Densetsu 3, they designed to revamp the system and presentation while keeping the story basically unchanged.

Trails of Mana probably would be the best remake Square ever made if FF7 did not release 2 weeks before it. They successfully modernize the old fashion 2D JRPG into a 3D JRPG perfectly without lossing anything in the original SFC classic. But there are still room for improvement on balancing. (eg. Angela is too OP; some OP Link abilities can be access before clearing the game; the game is too easy even on hard over Lv70, etc)

Classic Story and Music with full-voice story presentation, as a fan of the original I cannot ask for anything more than that. But when comparing it with FF7 remake, I just find that they actually can do more. They should have expanded the details of story or even re-write part of the story like what they have done to FF7. At the end of the day, without modernizing the backbone of the story can only satisfy old fans instead of attracting new comers.

In conclusion, Trails of Mana is recommended to someone who is fans of the series. Fan of the series should be able to enjoy the old fashioned JRPG with modern technology. But for new comers, the old story and presentation may not be able to satisfy the needs in the modern games.

I think every gamer would have some games are special to them. Romancing SaGa 3 is the game pull me into the JRPG world, it always took a special position in my heart.

Romancing Saga 3 (2019) is a perfectly fine game for fans of the series. As a fans of the RS series, I am really happy about they are trying to bring everything in the original to 2019. I am really surprise that they even keep some of the non-game-breaking glitches. They also add a little bit of new event to fill those missing pieces in the original story.

But, they actually doing not quite well to add new elements into the game. The system is too old for a game in 2019, the graphic upgrade is great but still not good enough for a game in 2019. New UI actually is difficult to read, even worst than some fan made UI in the original RS3...

In conclusion it is a game good enough for any fans of the series, but not for new comers.

First of all, I am backer of the kickstarter project and I just finish it in normal difficulty. I am quite sure it is not the best kickstarter project but it already satisfy all promise IGA had made when he starts this project. And the most important thing I wanted to point out is that:

"This is the Casetlevania we are asking for" and "♥♥♥♥ you KONAMI!"

A Igavania
You can expect everything from a Igavania. The quality of Bloodstained: RotN is some where between SotN and AoS... It is really well made in general, but it is not as good as SotN. Especially boss design... Most of the bosses can be defeated by trading heath in normal difficulty and the mechanic is not as fun as what we've got in CotM.

In conclusion, I still recommend it for people who love Casetlevania, although it may not be the best Igavania game.

I am fan of the series since the GBC version of it's first game and this is the first time I play Atelier Series on PC. It feels great to see what happen to Rorona, Totori and Meruru after A13.

Quality of this plot
The quality of this plot is greater than I expected. It's really smooth and I didn't encounter any game breaking bug after 60 hours of gameplay. (I am playing on Intel CPU + nvidia GPU btw)

What can you expect
1. Crafting, Crafting and Crafting...
Atelier Series features one of the best crafting system in video game. Characteristic, Quality and abilities of an item are controlled by yourself. i.e. Even the most basic item in the game can become as strong as end-game items if you are smart enough to find a way to improve its quality. (Just let the mobs know how Alchemist fights)

You will spend most of the time in the atelier to craft items for game progression. Therefore, if you are not enjoying spending time on thinking and crafting, you may not be able to enjoy this game.

2. Cute Anime Girl and Funny Events
Atelier Series always feature anime character design. If you enjoy watching anime girl doing stupid things, you will enjoy the events in Atelier Series. Since it's the continued story of the Arland Series (A11, A12 and A13), you will be able to further enjoy the events if you finish the Arland Series. (Remastered version just released a while ago, you should give them a try if you enjoy Lulua's story)

3. Length of the story
This time the main story is around 20 hours of gameplay if you are going for single ending and around 35 hours if you are going for all endings. I spend around 60 hours on it and finished around 90-95% of the game contents. (Finished all the meaningful contents, but still missing some CGs and achievements)

Great to see it merged with FPoSu. It's fun and can really help as a warm-up mini-game before jump into any FPS.

Wildcard has done it again... They've ruined a game with such great potential. Bugs, Bugs Bugs... Although they've fixed it after couple of patches, but the players already move to other games. I just cannot see the future of this game anymore...
