If you're pondering if you should buy this game, and you're seeing a lot of negative reviews about it now being "pay-to-win", they are absolutly false. What you are able to buy are skins for hunters that you can recruit, and skins for weapons that you can buy with the in-game currency (not the one that you can get for real money). Since you have to rely a lot on being camoflaged, buying flashy guns can actually handicap you, meaning, the absolute small brains that say it's pay to win are absolutly stupid, and are currently hating on the game because "currency for skins = bad. has currency you can buy? pay to win".

That being said, the game isn't perfect. The HUD is horrible, the performance is complete ass (and it used to be worse), but you may be able to get over 60 fps at times and the game might be a little bit expensive for the content that it has.

Overall it's an underrated game, with amazing atmosphere, combat and setting. Currently one of my favourite games, and if you have the money to spare, give it a shot!

Although I've just started playing the game, I have to say, it's one of the best experiences I've had while gaming. Playing in a full 80 player server with a good squad, with good squad communication, and a good Squad Leader is just amazing, the satisfaction you get from working as a steam is priceless. The game can sometimes be really stale. For example I've been in a game where I spent the full round (40+ minutes) without even seeing an enemy. But still, I can't recommend this game enough.

BUUUUUUUUUUT

The game is still in alpha, and with that the performance is really bad, like REAL BAD. I have a GTX 1070 and an i7 and I get 40-50 fps on like most settings. But if you can live with the fps like I do, youll fall in love with this lovely game.

(Most players are not acceptive of noobs, so try to act like you know what you're doing)

In my opinion this game is better than H1Z1:King of the Kill because it's more focused on close courter combat which requires a lot more skill than long range combat. You also need to think about what perks you should choose for your playstyle and wich airdrops fit best with those perks.
I love the rewards you get but I think you should include a ranking system (like CS:GO) where you can either play casual or competitive.
I recommend this game to anyone who loves The Hunger Games and to anyone who wants a battleroyale game but prefers close courter combat!
