Tried it for about four hours. It's just not fun, and I usually like the majority of survival games.

Changed review from not recommend to recommend.
First patch significantly improved the crashing. The following four patches, one each day, have improved it to the point that I have not had a crash in over 20 hours of play.

Good game, many different outcomes of varying difficulty.
