Valmistusohje

Murenna hiiva kädenlämpöiseen maitoon. Sekoita. Lisää muna, sokeri, mausteet ja osa jauhoista. Sekoita taikina tasaiseksi.
Lisää vähitellen loput jauhot taikinaan ja alusta, kunnes taikina irtoaa kulhon reunoista. Lisää huoneenlämpöinen voi. Kohota taikina liinan alla kaksinkertaiseksi.
Vaivaa taikina. Jaa taikina 16 osaan ja pyöritä pulliksi; käytä jauhoja apuna tarpeen mukaan. Laita ne leivinpaperille uunipellille. Kohota hyvin.
Tee pullien keskelle syvennykset sormella. Voitele pullat munalla.
Lisää koloihin n. 1 tl voita + 1/2 tl sokeria + 1/2 tl vehnäjauhoja.
Paista pullat uunin keskiosassa 200 asteessa n. 12-15 min tai kunnes kypsiä.
(Suurenna tarvittaessa koloja ja lisää vielä 1 tl mantelirouhetta jokaiseen pullaan.)
