The game had a really rough start. But Full Release have drastically changed the direction the game was going. It's basically a new game in terms of performance and fixes. Hope they keep improving it. PlayerBase increasing daily. You should give the game another try to compare how different it feels comparing to the early release.

PD: South America got servers, plenty of it.
