CA decided to raise the price by 10 Euro's
Inflation and blaming Valve for doing it without them knowing (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) as reasons
Yeah this is the best Total War Game
No I don't recommend it here, or anywhere officially sold by CA.

CA is absolute bottom of the barrel scum, anti-consumer and will hail re-adding half assed features from a game nearly 2 decades old as "NEW and REVOLUTIONARY"

Game is good
CA just sold it's chinese playerbase to a company worse then CA
That is how much CA cares for your loyalty and money, they will sell you to a company that makes EA at their worst look like saints...

Let me preface this by saying FoTS is the best Total War DLC released since Kingdoms for Medieval 2 (the next candidate for violation by CA...actually probably not since it might remind people of when total war had complexity and the fact they're introducing old cut features and new and revolutionary with half assed attempts)

I paid for the Blood pack of Shogun 2
For YEARS I have enjoyed it
Now CA in a pathetic attempt to get good PR for their garbage "Total War Saga" games cuts this out of Shogun 2 along with massively jacking up the price "bruh why are you angry it's just a name change" and a massive price hike for a decade old DLC being rebranded as SAGA (a burning ship) to give the illusion that CA will make a single decent title in it

Notice:
Total War Troy is going to be garbage for certain if they pull ♥♥♥♥ like this. Not like sieges and naval combat were horrifyingly awful as is and are close to outright being removed. Now they release a game based on the most well known and drawn out Siege in history (or since it's by Homer Historical Fantasy)

It's Yakuza on the Dragon engine, the best Yakuza game so far it feels so fluid, Sotenbori and Kamarucho are both brought to life in incredible detail, combat feels better then ever even if there are no longer 4 styles to choose between
We've got the manliest man alive, a living saint as well Kiryu
The absolutely terrifying madman Majima
Cabaret Clubs return, the best construction company in existence (you will be cut to shreds)
Voice acting like always is absolutely on point, incredible performances all around. Substories are great and tie more into the series as a whole which is a nice addition for returning players

If you liked 0 or Kiwami don't let the combat put you off, you'll probably love this game more for improving upon nearly everything

Did I mention the Dragon Engine is what we've always dreamed of?

Give it 5 years and 400$ worth of DLC and it'll be okay i guess
It's the most bare bones Paradox game yet, all it lacks is focus trees to be full on extortionate with the DLC policy (god bless the mission/focus tree DLCs that has infected EU4 for barebones DLC)

Just...Don't buy this, be smart and wait. This will be fun for the first playtrough but every nation is the same even ROME has nothing setting it apart
