Well, I beat a mans bare ass well past our agreed about safeword, sucked a popsicle and jerked off a car. Quality Tuesday.

Early Access Review
I found Null Vector on the early access portion of Steam and of course I'm going to download it -- it's also free.

I just really like the actual look to it (and the soundtrack is banging).

Basically the gameplay loop that I've found so far delving into this is very Binding of Isaac/Zelda like where you're advancing through a dungeon via windows but each door has a variable on it (say like 1,2,3 or {T}) the numbers represent how many waves their are and the {T} is the store.

As you progress you'll find stations where you can weld an item that you pickup (example more damage, lazers, etc.) which allows another upgrade (you max at 3 but can exceed it with this mechanic)

I haven't ran into an actual boss yet, but it gets hard. Like bullet hell hard. It's like this blend of a roguelike and bullet hell that I really adore and plan to play more of and have seen like 0 coverage on this game.

Early Access Review
I've put a good chunk of time ~6 hours into On A Roll, and as someone who still rollerblades now and again (hurts really fall at 30 now) the foundation and mechanics surround this game are actually really great.

Yes, this game is buggy and animations can feel off but give it a few months and I feel like we're going to have one of, if not, best action sports game ever.

Here's some tips:

Hold LT + RT plus up or down on the right stick to flip.
Do the tutorial to learn how to pump.

Here's a video showing the games strengths along with their flaws:

I came into this with tempered expectations but a distant appreciation for bad FMV games.

Morph Girl isn't bad, it's actually really well done -- sound, footage shot, the usage of presumable Twine? -- it all comes together in a nice package.

Now i've seen 3 of the 6 available endings to this game. They all are extremely different, some borderline assenine (and a hilarious turn) to just depressing.

Overall I'm happy to support this dev and look for future games from them!

Here's gameplay that leads up to "a part" but don't worry, no spoilers and everything past it what you'll ultimately want to get to and see. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8zT5-HtZPI

I'll update my review once I get a little deeper into this game, but so far I am very positive on it.

It's combat system is deep but feels penetratable (unlike For Honor's was) and it slowly leaks out a loot treadmill that definitely makes you want to push forward through the storyline.

This game rules. Aesthetically across graphics, soundtrack and gameplay I highly recommend any fans of fighting games or the like pick this up.

Unfortunately I cannot test the online because it appears to be down, but again will update when I get hands on with that.

I'm a huge fan of Housemarque's games and Nex Machina truly delivers.

Think of this as a mixture of Robotron and a shmup/bullet hell.

Watching voxels exploding beautifully with brilliant colors and shifting between attacks and lasers and grabbing the next pickup to be done more powerful. This game is great.

I've made it up to the last boss on rookie difficulty and plan to continue to play through and leaderboard chase.

I cannot recommend this game more.

First off I just want to say: great Steam controller support! I will be uploading my config asap.

Four main storylines, ranging from topics such as identity crisis and sexual frustration.
Multiple sidequests that all provide various levels of satisfaction and real life insight.
The true ending is unlocked when you satisfy all achievements and is both inspirational and worthy of your time investment.

Highly recommend especially at it's price sets a low bar for entry.

I feel the need to clarify the "p2w" accusations being spread about Devilian.

It's not a "pay to win" game in the least. All shop items are either cosmetic, refinment items (which can be obtained and traded) or boosts. This is typical in a f2p as they must have some flow of income. All of them can be greatly ignored and handled in game.

You also receive [DEX] item which can be transfered and used in the money shop. Yes, this can be a grind, but again -- just because it's f2p doesn't mean they shouldn't be compensated for their game.

Is this game perfect? Far from it, but is easily the best ARPG MMO hybrid I have played to date. Aesthetic and art direction will not please all but compared to the competition this game pops.

Highly recommend and props to Trion for bringing over a solid MMO. I look forward to many hours enjoying this title.
